LEAD TIME

Important Note: Lead times and rush charges are based upon the receipt of final art approval and complete order instructions – not when an order is submitted. Art that is not output ready usually requires additional lead time. Always allow time to acquire art and proof approval. For calculation purposes, standard lead time and rush charges are based on orders of 5,000 pieces or less. Add one additional production day for each 10,000 pieces (20,000 for Vynex®) ordered over the base 5,000.

Email PDF Proof: Allow 1 working day from the date we receive all necessary components and instructions.
Typesetting, Art, Scanning, Paper Proofs: Allow 3 working days from the date we receive all necessary components and instructions.
Production Proof: Allow 7 working days from the date we receive approval of final art.
Production Run without a Production Proof: Allow 7 working days from the date we receive approval of final art.
Production Run following a Production Proof: Allow 5 working days from the date we receive production proof approval. In total, allow a minimum of 12 working days for a job with a production proof – 7 days for the production proof plus 5 days for the production run. Also, remember to factor in adequate time to acquire the necessary proof approval.

Reorder: Allow 7 working days from the date we receive approval of final art.

Rush Charges: Rush charges cover any special handling, job tracking, material orders, overtime and any other factor that may be necessary to meet an accelerated schedule. Rush charges are $50/v per day rushed (minimum) and are applicable any time the product is required in less time than outlined above.
